There are two ways to update your password in TakeSheet — from the login screen if you've forgotten it, or from within the platform if you'd simply like to change it.
Forgotten your password? Reset it from the login screen
Step 1 — Go to app.takesheet.ai and click the Forgot Password link on the login screen.
Step 2 — Enter the email address associated with your TakeSheet account and click Send Reset Link.
Step 3 — Check your inbox for a password reset email from TakeSheet. If you can't find it, check your spam or junk folder.
Step 4 — Click the link in the email and follow the prompts to set a new password. We recommend choosing a strong password that's unique to your TakeSheet account.
Want to update your password while logged in?
Step 1 — Log in to TakeSheet and navigate to Settings > Profile Settings > Password & Security.
Step 2 — Enter your current password followed by your new password and confirm.
Step 3 — Save your changes. Your new password will be active immediately.
Note: If you've forgotten your current password and are unable to log in, use the Forgot Password option on the login screen instead.
