How to Get Support
If you need help with TakeSheet, there are two ways to get support — our Help Centre and our live support chat. Both are available directly from the TakeSheet platform.
Help Centre
Our Help Centre contains articles covering every area of TakeSheet — from getting started and daily operations through to gaming reconciliation, banking and reporting. It's the fastest way to find answers to common questions.
To access the Help Centre, click the help icon in the bottom right corner of the TakeSheet platform at any time. From there you can search for articles by keyword or browse by collection.
Support Chat
If you can't find what you're looking for in the Help Centre, our support team is available via live chat. To start a conversation:
Click the chat icon in the bottom right corner of any TakeSheet or Help Centre page.
Search the Help Centre or click Send us a message to connect with the TakeSheet support team.
Provide as much detail as possible about your issue — including your venue name, the trading period affected and any steps you've already tried.
Our team will respond as soon as possible and work with you to resolve the issue.
What to include in your support message
To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please include:
Your venue name
The date and trading period affected
A description of the issue and what you were doing when it occurred
Any error messages shown in TakeSheet
Steps you've already tried
Note: TakeSheet support is available to all venue users. If you're a Clerk or Manager and your issue relates to platform configuration, integrations or user access, your venue's Admin user may need to raise the request on your behalf.
Tip: For urgent issues affecting your ability to complete an end-of-day close, use the support chat directly rather than searching the Help Centre — our team will prioritise time-sensitive requests.
