In addition to the Management and Audit Reports, every individual module in TakeSheet allows users to export a summary of that module's data. This gives your team the flexibility to extract and share module-level information as needed.

Export Formats

Each module supports export in two formats:

  • PDF β€” A formatted summary report suitable for filing, printing or sharing with stakeholders.

  • CSV β€” A structured data file that can be opened in any spreadsheet application for further analysis or import into another system.

How to Export

To export data from any module, navigate to the relevant module for the trading period and select the export option β€” choosing either PDF or CSV depending on your needs. The file will download directly to your device.

Tip: Module exports are useful for providing venue managers or gaming staff with a summary of their specific area without sharing the full reconciliation. For example, a gaming manager may want a CSV export of the Poker Machine Clearance module for their own records.
