The Management Report is TakeSheet's primary reporting tool, giving venue managers, finance teams and business owners a clear view of revenue performance for any given trading period — both against the day's figures and cumulatively for the week.

What the Management Report Shows

The Management Report is configured during onboarding by the TakeSheet support team based on your venue's specific reporting requirements. Standard configuration typically includes:

  • POS Revenue — Total point of sale revenue for the trading period

  • Gaming Turnover — Total amount wagered on EGMs for the trading period

  • Gaming Net Revenue — Net gaming profit for the trading period

Each figure is shown against the configured budget, allowing your team to track how performance is tracking day by day and week to date.

Daily vs Weekly View

The Management Report can be toggled between a daily and weekly view using the Daily / Weekly toggle in the top left corner of the report. The daily view shows figures for the selected trading period, while the weekly view shows cumulative figures for the current week — giving management a broader picture of venue performance at a glance.

Sharing the Management Report

The Management Report can be shared via email to individual recipients or pre-configured groups. To share:

  1. Open the Management Report for the relevant trading period.

  2. Click Share and select the individual recipient or group you want to send it to.

  3. The report will be emailed to the selected recipients.
