TakeSheet is built around integrations — direct connections to the systems your venue already relies on every day. Rather than manually exporting reports and copying figures into a spreadsheet, TakeSheet pulls data automatically from your existing systems and brings it into a single reconciliation workflow.

TakeSheet supports integrations across the following categories:

Point of Sale (POS)

TakeSheet connects to your POS system to pull Z Read data, sales totals and media breakdowns automatically at the end of each trading period. This eliminates manual POS report entry and ensures your revenue figures are always based on what the system actually recorded.

Gaming

TakeSheet integrates with gaming management systems to pull EGM data including turnover, wins, clearances, progressive jackpot movements and unclaimed balances. Gaming data forms one of the most complex parts of daily reconciliation — the integration ensures your team is working from the source of truth, not a manually compiled report.

Wagering — TAB & Keno

TakeSheet supports wagering integrations covering TAB and Keno products. Commission and settlement figures are pulled directly into the reconciliation workflow, removing the need for manual entry of wagering data at the end of each shift.

Cash Terminals — CRT, AutoPay, ATM & Cash Recyclers

TakeSheet connects to cash redemption terminals, AutoPay devices, ATMs and cash recyclers to capture transaction data automatically. This ensures that every cash movement through these devices is accounted for in your daily reconciliation without relying on manual tallies or end-of-shift printouts.

Accounting & General Ledger

Once a reconciliation is approved, TakeSheet generates journal entries and posts them directly to your connected accounting or ERP platform. This eliminates re-keying at head office and ensures your General Ledger reflects the correct figures from the moment the day closes.

A note on integration availability

TakeSheet's integration library is continuously growing. Not every system in every venue will have a direct integration available from day one — in these cases, your TakeSheet onboarding team will work with you to find the best approach for capturing that data.
