The Audit Report provides a complete, tamper-proof record of every edit and change made within TakeSheet across any trading period. It is automatically generated by the platform — there is nothing your team needs to do to activate or maintain it.

What the Audit Report Captures

Every action taken in TakeSheet is recorded in the Audit Report, including:

  • All data entries and edits across every module

  • Manual overrides of auto-populated figures

  • Status changes — from Pending through to Locked

  • User approvals and rejections

  • New entries created or deleted

Each entry in the Audit Report is date and time stamped and attributed to the specific user who made the change — providing a clear, traceable record of exactly what happened, when it happened and who was responsible.

Why the Audit Report Matters

The Audit Report is an essential compliance tool. Gaming regulators, external auditors and internal finance teams can rely on the Audit Report as an accurate and unalterable record of all activity within TakeSheet. It removes any ambiguity around what changes were made to a reconciliation and provides the evidence trail required for regulatory and audit purposes.

Accessing the Audit Report

The Audit Report is accessible to Admin users within TakeSheet. If you require access to audit data and do not have the appropriate permissions, contact your venue's Admin user.
